Pretty hot right there in the middle

Two of the past three nights, this dang thing has been left as shown above.

At the other end I'm careful to keep the volume way, way low -- because I have that tendency to forget shutting off the hydrant.  Takes almost a half hour to fill up the 5-gallon bucket.
